If you are a member and are experiencing trouble logging in, please read below!
1) Your username and password are case-sensitive. Please be sure that you are entering the correct username and
password! Additionally, you must also enter the "secret word" shown in the gray image immediately below
the username and password entry fields. If you are receiving the message, "You entered the secret word incorrectly,"
try going back to the login page and clicking Refresh or Reload on your browser. A new secret word will appear.
2) For security reasons, you must enable cookies in order to log in. This is a security measure ONLY and the cookie
does not collect information - it simply allows our server to ensure that you are a valid member.
3) Our security software can and will suspend your username if it detects suspicious use, such as logging in from
too many different computers or too many failed attempts to login (incorrect passwords, etc.). This usually occurs if you
have shared your password or attempted to hack the site... OR, if you have been the victim of spyware, it is possible that
other people have acquired your password and used it, triggering our security software to suspend you. We strongly suggest
that all Internet users have antivirus software such as Norton Antivirus or McAfee; and/or anti-spyware software such as
Lavasoft AdAware or Spybot,
both of which are free downloads.
